Subsequently, he earned his law degree from South
Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas. He speaks
Spanish fluently.
Prior Military Service:
Prior to his legal career, Mr. Herr served in the United
States Army National Guard from 1995 until 2001,
including a nine month tour of duty in Bosnia-
Herzegovina. He received an Honorable Discharge
from the military.
